Summary and Guestbook

  1. Changing the N.T. from a Canberra controlled Territory to a state will not change the critical dynamics or individual constitutional rights.

  2. Changing to a State will not relieve our undue taxation burden. 1.42 million Australians are on the top rate. Australia has the 4th highest tax in the developed world.

  3. Changing to a State will not create Parliamentary democracy.

  4. Changing to a State will not stimulate growth or foreign investment.

  5. Changing to a state with a "Bill of Rights" will not guarantee our children humanitarian rights.

  6. Secession will enable individual humanitarian rights to be the focus of constitution instead of crown.

  7. Secession will remove large proportion of Tax burden. (The N.T. GDP = 9 billion, 61 million dollars, the N.T. treasury withholds the figures on total taxs paid to Canberra and then the amount flowing back to the N.T.)

  8. Secession will enable a democratic parliament to be established. DEMOCRACY; (demos, people, and cratein, rule.)

  9. Secession will give us (Territorians) control of our country and destiny. (You can be the designer of your life, or a victim or your circumstances, its up to you!)

  10. Secession will give us the ability to minimise interventionist government (state) and maximise individual liberties.

  11. Secession will create a stable and profitable environment for free enterprise and prosperity

Creating a Republic with a peoples constitution will!
